1. Eligibility:
This offer is valid for any parties responsible for scheduling a Deposition and ordering a transcript with VCROOMS. The depositon must be completed through job invoicing. Booking parties are eligible to receive a FREE $25.00 Gift Card for each deposition booked and completed. Offer ends February 26, 2010. *
2. How to Enter:
Schedule a Deposition via telephone with VCROOMS & mention “Sweets” at the time of scheduling to be eligible to receive gift card.
3. Redemption:
Each gift card will be awarded to the scheduling firm/organization upon completion and invoicing of each scheduled deposition. Please note: Multiple depositions within the same VC ROOMS assignment number will be awarded only one gift card.
4. General Terms and Conditions:
Gift card entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of
VCROOMS which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this offer. If you are the recipient of the card: (a) the gift card will be awarded to you and you shall ensure that it is used and/or distributed in accordance with your company’s policies (note: VCROOMS is not responsible for the re-distribution of gift cards within your company); (b) your gift card will arrive by U.S. Mail after completion and invoicing of scheduled videoconference. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. By accepting the gift card, you agree to the terms and conditions.
